Final call for the Backerkit survey and digital files.

Hello adventurers! 

We have started the process to lock the Backerkit survey so you should have a final email asking for any last minute adds on or amendments you want to make. You will still be able to change your shipping address after your order has locked if you are planning on moving over the next few months. 

After 48 hours or so, anyone who has completed the survey and pledged for the STL files will receive a direct link to download them from Backerkit. 

For 'The Binding Stones' supplement we have put that on DMS guild with the link below:

We will also be sending out an email to everyone shortly with the link as well.

Hi all! 

Backerkit reminder

Thank you to everyone who has completed the pledge manager and I just wanted to send a quick reminder that we are locking the Backerkit surveys on the 15th of December. We are currently at 84% complete with a few fellow stranglers stuck in a dungeon somewhere, so please complete this to make sure we get your Campaign Medals out to you on time.

Digital delivery

We are locking the Backerkit survey on the 15th December so if you have purchased the STL files they will be made available to you shortly after us locking the surveys. We will also be distributing "The Binding Stone" supplement written by Chris Walz at the same time to all our backers!

Multiple pledge level solution and 'The Binding Stones' update

Hi all, 

If you have purchased multiple pledge levels and are having issues selecting them on Backerkit, please contact us directly as we will arrange for your survey to be updated with the correct pledge information. This also applies if you wish to purchase additional pledges.

Once we have amended your pledge, you should see the below sentence at the top of the Backerkit page for you to click into and complete: 

"You have multiple surveys for this project. Switch to another survey"

If you are having any other issues please let me know or contact Backerkit support for help :-) 

Thank you to the 143 of you that have already completed the survey and we will be open for another few weeks to make sure everyone gets the chance to enter their information. 

In other news, we have completed the layout for 'The Binding Stones' supplement with a small teaser of the layout below for 'The Lord's Locket'. This will be distributed to everyone via Backerkit when we finalise the orders.

Just to let you all know that we have now sent out the BackerKit surveys to everyone! You should already have or be getting an email shortly inviting you to complete the survey so you can pick what Campaign Medals you would like to receive! 

We are looking to keep the pledge manager open until the 15th of December so get your orders in! 

If you don't have the email or can't find it in your spam folder then please follow the below link to recover your survey:

We have been made aware of one issue with trying to order multiple pledge levels and we are working with Backerkit to resolve this issue, so please hold off on completing the survey if you would like multiple pledge levels.

The first few surveys have gone out!

We have sent out around 10% of the surveys to make sure it's all working as expected. Once we get a few results back and everything seems fine we will send it out to everyone else. 

Keep an eye on your emails as you should be seeing an invite to the survey in your inbox soon!
