Hi!

I just wanted to send a quick update to let you all know we have just launched our third Kickstarter!

It is a new web based application that lets you customise 2d miniatures for use in your physical or virtual table top adventures.

We have designed hundreds of options for you to create your perfect character and once you are happy with your hero you can simply print at home or generate into a token for virtual table top.

We are so grateful you have backed one of our previous campaigns and can't thank you enough as your support has allowed us to continue to make these projects.

Shipping update!

We bring good news today! 

We started shipping the Campaign Medals on Monday! This means they are on their way to you or in some cases, already at your doorstep! 

In cases where you supplied your email, your regional courier may send information for the tracked page. 

We are fully expecting the overseas shipping from the UK to take longer than it normally would. We have already had to divert our USA shipment through Canada due to the current limitations of air transport at the moment. We worked through a few difficulties in shipping in order to make sure we can get these items to backers around the world as fast as possible!  

Due to the expected delays, please allow us 2 weeks from today in order to get these out to everyone. After that time, if you have not received your order please let us know and we can review the tracking information for you.  

I just wanted to say a massive thank you again to everyone who helped back this project and we are excited to bring more to you in the future  - which would not be possible without your support!

New box and shipping update

Hi all, 

As per the previous update we had a delay with getting our original concept boxes to us from China - due to the current situation with Coronavirus causing shipping issues.

We have now sourced alternative boxes that we will use to ship the Campaign Medals in. I'd like to apologise if anyone is disheartened by this change. I can assure you the boxes are still a fantastic way to display, store or gift your medals and we still have custom cut foam inserts to hold them in place. This also means we are ready for shipping and won't have a 2 month delay.

We are currently producing these as we speak! 

We are planning to get everything shipped next week but I will have an update in the next few days to confirm the new delivery timeline.

February Production Update

We have some good news and bad news in today's update so let's start with the good! 

The Good News

Production is complete! We have received the resin Campaign Medals and the metal versions have been cast and completed for all finishes.   

The Bad News

We have a delay on the display boxes. Due to the current situation in China, the ink that is used to produce the boxes is currently stuck in the port and unable to be shipped. We are working with our suppliers to get as much information as possible on updated delivery timelines. 

We are also looking into alternative options for the boxes and designs to see if there is anything else we can produce (if there are going to be significant delays). We will be sure to consult all our backers first if we find a suitable replacement.  

This does mean we may have a slight delay to the timelines we outlined in January. We did account for a weeks delay, so if we can get this resolved soon it should not have a large impact on delivery timelines. 

I will update you all as soon as I hear anything.

Fulfilment timeline update

Hello everyone and happy new year! 

I hope you all had a great holiday season and I wanted to share what we have been getting up to over the last few weeks now we are back in full swing. 

First of all, thank you for all of the completed surveys. We have been able to get the final number of orders locked in and sent off for production which has already started. 

We are currently in the process of creating the moulds for the resin and metal Campaign Medals. This is to make sure we have enough to cover the full production while keeping the quality at a high standard, as moulds can deteriorate due to excessive use. 

Once that has been completed we will start injecting, melting and casting the medals. Any metal Campaign Medal that has an additional finish (like the gold plating) will then be sent off to another one of our suppliers to finish the final coating and provide it with your selected finish. 

After that it is off to our fulfilment company here in the UK. These guys will pack your Campaign Medal order and get everything shipped to you. 

We initially had a timeline for completing this within March and we are on track to do so. 

Current timeline: 

18th December 2019 - STL files were sent out. Please check your spam folders for emails (from Backerkit) if you have not received them. Alternatively you can log into Backerkit to download the file. 

Now - 14th February : Creating moulds and casting both resin and metal Campaign Medals (including additional finishes).

14th February - 26th February : Making sure we have all the products delivered to the fulfilment company and packed ready for shipping. 

26th February - 11th March : Have all of the shipping complete and orders already at your door or on their way. 

I hope that gives you all a good idea as to what to expect from us over the next few months. We will be posting updates as and when we get news of the production timeline developing or if we have any other exciting bits to share.
